The reason for our success is due mainly to our air inflated work platform. This allows us to reach every part of the silo. This means that we can devote as much attention to any particular part of a silo in order to achieve the required standard. This is particularly noticeable around the area where the filter bag system is mounted; it is well known that this is the area for the proliferation of moth webbing, larvae and other forms of infestation. Using this type of platform also makes it possible to carry out a biocidal wash on any silo that may have become stained by condensation or the ingress of moisture from any other source. We also clean any filter units which may be fitted to your silo and report as to whether or not they are working correctly, top and bottom housings are also cleaned and left in a hygienic condition.

Within 7 days of having a silo cleaned you will receive a full written report of its condition and functioning of the filter unit.

All our operatives are trained to work in a safe and responsible manner and a permit to work system is mandatory. We were the first company to gain accreditation to the Safe Contractor Passport scheme operated by the federation of Bakers Safety Committee.
